Pope Francis to visit the Kurdistan Region

on March 7.

 

 

–    Welcome ceremony hosted by Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani at Erbil International Airport.

–    Meeting with the President of the Kurdistan Region and the Prime Minister at the Presidential lounge at Erbil International Airport.

–    Visit to Mosul and Qaraqosh on the same day.

–    Prayer of suffrage for the victims of war at Hosh al-Bieaa (Church square) in Mosul.

–    Holy Mass at the Franso Hariri stadium in Erbil.
