Kurdistan Region President to visit Syria

President Nechirvan Barzani will travel to Damascus today at the official invitation of Mr. Ahmed al-Sharaa, President of the Syrian Arab Republic.

During the visit, Kurdistan Region President is scheduled to meet with the Syrian President. Their talks will address Syria’s relations with Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, prospects for joint cooperation, and the latest developments in the region.
