On behalf of the Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani, Kurdistan Region Vice President Mustafa Said Qadir, accompanied by Kurdistan Region Chief of Staff Fawzi Hariri and a number of presidential advisors and officials, attended the memorial service of the late Baba Sheikh, the religious leader of the Yazidis, in the town of Shekhan on Monday.
The delegation conveyed the condolences of the President and the Kurdistan Region Presidency to the family of the late leader, the Yazidi Religious Council and the Yazidi compatriots.
