President Nechirvan Barzani received Dr. Mohammed Ali Al-Lami, Head of the Federal Commission of Integrity, and his accompanying delegation.
The meeting, attended by Dr. Ahmed Anwar, Head of the Kurdistan Region Integrity Commission, focused on strengthening cooperation and coordination between the Federal Integrity Commission and the relevant authorities in the Kurdistan Region. Both sides emphasized the importance of the independence of integrity institutions and their role in upholding the rule of law.
President Nechirvan Barzani reaffirmed the Kurdistan Region’s readiness to provide all necessary cooperation and coordination with the Federal Integrity Commission and all judicial authorities to uphold the law, safeguard the independence of institutions, and preserve the authority of the judiciary.
For his part, Dr. Al-Lami expressed his thanks and appreciation to the relevant authorities in the Kurdistan Region for their continued and constructive cooperation with the Commission and the relevant federal authorities.
