President Nechirvan Barzani has issued Regional Decree No. (417) of 2024, calling for the inaugural session of the sixth term of the Kurdistan Parliament.
The President has called for the elected representatives of the sixth term of the Kurdistan Parliament to convene for their inaugural session at 11:00 AM on Monday, December 2, 2024. This decree is based on Paragraph (3) of Article (10) of the revised Law No. (1) of the Kurdistan Region Presidency, established in 2005.
Earlier today, during a press conference, Mr. Dilshad Shahab, spokesperson for the Presidency of the Kurdistan Region, announced the draft of a regional decree that had been issued by the President of the Kurdistan Region. He also addressed various matters related to the decree and responded to questions from journalists regarding the upcoming actions.
