Statement from President Nechirvan Barzani on the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan

I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Muslims in Kurdistan, Iraq, and around the world as we welcome the holy month of Ramadan. I sincerely hope that this sacred month brings stability and prosperity to the people of Kurdistan and the entire region.

Let us seize this religious occasion as an opportunity to strengthen the spirit of tolerance, unity, and coexistence that has always defined the cherished identity of the Kurdistan Region.

We pray to God that this holy month marks an end to suffering and difficulties, and the message of peace and unity spreads across the world.

I wish everyone a peaceful and blessed Ramadan.
