The head of Iraqi Minbar (Iraqi Platform), Dr. Ayad Allawi congratulated the President of the Kurdistan Region Nechirvan Barzani, and wished him success.
Dr. Allawi accompanied by a delegation consisting of members of central committee of Iraqi Minbar met with the President of the Kurdistan Region. During the meeting, Dr. Allawi underlined his and Iraqi Minbar’s total support for the President Nechirvan Barzani. Meanwhile, the President Barzani thanked Dr. Allawi and his accompanied delegation for their visit.
In the meeting, the relations between Erbil and Baghdad were discussed. The President Nechirvan Barzani stressed that resolving of outstanding issues between Erbil and Baghdad should be through dialogue within the framework of the constitution.
