President Nechirvan Barzani issues a regional decree to establish the Barda Qaraman sub-district

President Nechirvan Barzani has officially signed a decree to establish the Barda Qaraman sub-district within Sulaimani province, which will be part of the Bazian district.

The creation of the Barda Qaraman sub-district, effective immediately, aims to more effectively address the needs and expectations of local people and surrounding villages, while also contributing to the enhancement of public services and administrative functions in the area.
