Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani signed three executive orders on Sunday, appointing three judges to the Kurdistan Region of Iraq’s Court of Appeals: Judge Masoud Khider Mahmoud, Judge Ghazi Khalil Taya, and Judge Dara Muhammad Ibrahim.
Later, in a swearing-in ceremony, attended by Judge Abduljabar Aziz Hassan, the Acting President of the Judicial Council, the appointed judges took the oath of office.
President Nechirvan Barzani congratulated the judges and wished them success in their duties.
