Today, President Nechirvan Barzani hosted a farewell meeting with Mr. Hussain Bin Ali Al-Fadala, the outgoing Consul General of Qatar in the Kurdistan Region.
President Nechirvan Barzani thanked Mr. Al-Fadala for his commitment to strengthening ties between his country and the Kurdistan Region, and extended his best wishes for success in his new position. He also acknowledged the valuable contributions and efforts of the Emir and the leadership of Qatar in promoting peace and stability in the region.
Mr. Al-Fadala expressed his gratitude to the relevant parties in the Kurdistan Region for their partnership and support in facilitating the success of his mission. He emphasized that his nation holds its relationship with Iraq and the Kurdistan Region in high regard and is keen to strengthen their collaboration across various sectors.
