President Nechirvan Barzani visits Baghdad

President Nechirvan Barzani arrived in Baghdad on Saturday afternoon.

Dilshad Shahab, the spokesperson for the Kurdistan Region Presidency, announced that President Nechirvan Barzani's visit to Baghdad is in response to an official invitation from Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani and is part of the agenda for the Arab League summit taking place in Baghdad.

Mr. Shahab stated that President Nechirvan Barzani's invitation underscores his active role in regional dynamics and signifies the presence and status of the Kurdistan Region within the framework of the federal Iraq.
