Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani sent a letter of congratulations to His Highness the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, in which he wished him well on the occasion of the successful surgery His Highness underwent. The President expressed his sincere wishes for a speedy recovery and prayed for his good health and wellbeing.
President Nechirvan Barzani also wished the people and the State of Kuwait further prosperity and development under the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
