Greetings,
I am pleased you are sworn in by the Kurdistan Parliament as the Prime Minister for the ninth cabinet of the Kurdistan Regional Government. I warmly congratulate you.
This is another milestone that will strengthen, improve and further deepen democracy in the Kurdistan Region. This comes as a result of the endurance and the support of citizens, Kurdistani sides, friends and supporters of our nation.
You are well equipped to be entrusted for carrying out this responsibility. I am certain you will do your best, along with your team, to serve the Kurdistan Region. The experience of many years of working to protect and promote the cause of our nation and exercising our constitutional rights has witnessed many challenges and difficulties. I hope that we will not see those challenges again, and dedicate all our energy to further develop Kurdistan.

I am confident that you will actively and diligently overcome the challenges as you will lead your team to face the challenges and prevail. You will not spare any efforts in carrying out the duties and responsibilities in maintaining peace, security, economy growth and political and social cohesion of the Kurdistan Region.

I reassure the people of Kurdistan, Prime Minister, and members of the ninth cabinet of Kurdistan Regional Government that as the President of the Kurdistan Region, I will make every effort to help your works succeed.
