The body of the late Karim Sinjari returns to the Kurdistan Region

A ceremony was held today at Erbil International Airport to receive the body of the late Karim Sinjari and pay tribute to his legacy. The event was attended by President Masoud Barzani, Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani, Prime Minister Masrour Barzani, the Vice Presidents of the Kurdistan Region, as well as senior government and party officials, diplomats, religious leaders, distinguished individuals, friends, and family.

The body of the late Karim Sinjari, who passed away at a hospital in Abu Dhabi, UAE, was transported to Erbil this morning with the assistance of UAE authorities.
