On the passing of Ms. Nahida Rafiq Hilmi, the President Nechirvan Barzani conveyed a condolences statement to the family and friends of the departed.

We extend our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Ms. Nadia Rafiq Hilmi for the loss of their loved one today in Slemani. We sincerely convey our heartfelt sorrow, and our sympathy goes out to her family. May god bless her, and her departed soul may rest in Heaven.
Ms. Nahida Rafiq Hilmi, the daughter of the renowned political and author the late Rafiq Hilmi, has authored a number of books and studies, and she will be truly missed and always remembered.
