Kurdistan Region Presidency condemns the terrorist attack in Karbala and extends condolences to the families of the victims in a statement on Saturday. Bellow is the statement:
We strongly condemn the deadly terrorist car bomb attack which targeted a checkpoint in Karbala, killing more than ten people and injuring others.
We extend our sincere condolences to the families of the victims killed in this heinous attack. We share their grief and pain and wish them peace and patience during this difficult time and we wish a speedy recovery to the injured.
