President Nechirvan Barzani and Iran’s Foreign Minister Araghchi discuss bilateral relations

During his visit to Tehran, President Nechirvan Barzani met with Mr. Abbas Araghchi, Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The meeting focused on ties between Iraq, the Kurdistan Region, and Iran. Both sides discussed ways to strengthen cooperation and coordination, addressed the ceasefire, and reviewed recent developments in the region.

Both parties stressed the importance of continued dialogue and comprehensive cooperation to protect the security, stability, and interests of the peoples of the region.
