President Nechirvan Barzani received today in Erbil Mr. Mohsen al-Mandalawy, the First Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament.
The two sides exchanged views on the latest developments in the country, the work and programs of the Iraqi federal government, the Iraqi budget bill, and Erbil-Baghdad relations.
Both sides agreed on the importance of cooperation among the political parties in Iraq to overcome the difficulties and to resolve the pending issues, and to maintain political stability in the country. They also stressed the need to adopt the current budget law and to implement the government's agenda.
The meeting also highlighted other issues of common interest.
