President Nechirvan Barzani attended the official funeral ceremony in Tehran for the late Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, alongside numerous heads of state and senior officials from across the region and around the world.

President Nechirvan Barzani also signed the official book of condolences. In his message, he reiterated his deepest condolences and sympathy, on behalf of himself and the Kurdistan Region, on the passing of the late Supreme Leader, and highlighted the profound impact and enduring legacy he left in the Islamic Republic of Iran and across the Islamic world.
