I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi, Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Iraq, on gaining the confidence of the Iraqi Parliament and the formation of his cabinet. I wish the new government success in fulfilling its significant responsibilities.
We are hopeful that the formation of this new cabinet marks the beginning of a new phase of stability and progress for all of Iraq. We reaffirm our full readiness to cooperate with the federal government, based on the constitution, true partnership, and balance, in addressing all outstanding issues and safeguarding the constitutional rights of all communities.
Iraq is a country rich in resources and potential, and all Iraqis, regardless of their community, deserve a dignified life, improved services, and lasting security and stability. Through national unity and cooperation, we can move toward a brighter future and confront all challenges together.
