This evening in Amman, President Nechirvan Barzani met with Mr. Ayman Safadi, the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Jordan.
The two sides engaged in discussions regarding the advancement of relations between Iraq and the Kurdistan Region with Jordan across multiple sectors, while also addressing regional and international developments, emphasizing the necessity of collaboration to ensure stability in the region.
President Nechirvan Barzani conveyed his gratitude for the strong ties between the Kurdistan Region, Iraq, and Jordan, commending Jordan's significant role in the region and its commitment to promoting peace.
The Jordanian Foreign Minister expressed appreciation for the visit of the President of the Kurdistan Region and reaffirmed Jordan's commitment to enhancing collaboration with both Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
