President Nechirvan Barzani met with the Governor of Erbil, Omed Khoshnaw, and officials from the province's administrative units this morning.
They discussed the current circumstances and quality of services, reconstruction efforts, development initiatives, and ongoing projects in Erbil province and its districts. The meeting underscored the importance of addressing issues and deficiencies while fulfilling the province's needs.
President Nechirvan Barzani congratulated the Governor and officials of the administrative units for their diligent efforts and commended the advancements and well-being of the governorate. He stressed the importance of enhancing service quality and reaffirmed his commitment to supporting the Erbil administration in serving the community better.
The meeting also covered the preparations in Erbil province for the upcoming Kurdistan parliamentary elections and the associated election campaign. President Nechirvan Barzani emphasized the significance of ensuring a successful electoral process, maintaining a respectful approach during the campaign, and highlighting the contributions of the relevant parties involved.
At the end of the meeting, the Governor and the officials from the administrative units of Erbil provided observations, requests, and recommendations aimed at enhancing services and addressing existing shortcomings.
