President Nechirvan Barzani receives the new Consul General of the Czech Republic

President Nechirvan Barzani received the new Consul General of the Czech Republic, Mr. Lukáš Gjurič. The President extended his best wishes for success and conveyed his support for the diplomatic mission of Mr. Gjurič.

President Nechirvan Barzani expressed gratitude to the Czech Republic for its support to the Kurdistan Region and highlighted the desire to enhance bilateral relations.

The new Consul General condemned the attack on the Khor Mor field and emphasized the importance of fostering relations between his country and the Kurdistan Region across all sectors, particularly in economic cooperation.

The meeting also covered the overall situation in the region and addressed several matters of mutual interest.
