It is with profound sorrow that we have learned of the tragic loss of two individuals in the Chamchamal district and one in Laylan, Kirkuk, along with injuries sustained by several others as a result of the floods.
I extend my heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims of this tragedy. I pray that God grants mercy to the souls of the departed and provides solace and comfort to all, and I wish a swift recovery for those injured.
In light of this unfortunate circumstance, we reaffirm our unwavering support for the residents of Chamchamal and all those affected by the floods. The relevant agencies of the Kurdistan Regional Government have been directed to assist the victims and to make every effort to safeguard the lives and properties of our citizens and deliver essential aid.
