As part of his ongoing meetings in Baghdad, President Nechirvan Barzani met with Hadi al-Amiri, the Secretary General of the Badr Organization.
During their discussion, they focused on the political and security collaboration between Erbil and Baghdad, highlighting the importance of joint efforts to address the ongoing challenges facing Iraq. They agreed on the necessity of strengthening dialogue among all political parties to establish a nationally shared vision that would promote the country's stability and progress.
They emphasized the importance of continued cooperation and coordination among Iraqi parties to achieve national unity, safeguard the lives of citizens, and resolve disputes in a way that prioritizes Iraq’s interests.
The meeting also covered regional developments, particularly the situation in Syria and its implications for Iraq, along with other topics of mutual interest.
