President Nechirvan Barzani met today in Munich, Germany, with Ms. Anniken Huitfeldt, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Norway.
Discussions covered the development of the bilateral relations of Norway with Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, the pending issues between Erbil and Baghdad and the ongoing negotiations between the Kurdistan Regional Government and the Federal Government of Iraq to resolve the differences.
The relation between Iraq and the Kurdistan Region with the neighboring countries and the situation in Syria and the wider region were highlighted during the meeting.
