President Nechirvan Barzani offers condolences to the Governor of Sulaymaniyah

President Nechirvan Barzani offered his sympathies to Dr. Haval Abubakir, the Governor of Sulaymaniyah, on the passing of his father, Mr. Abubakir Hussein Halabjayi.

During a phone call today, the President extended his condolences to Dr. Abubakir’s family and his loved ones. The President offered his sympathies and prayed that Almighty God bless his soul and grant comfort and patience to his loved-ones.

For his part, Governor Abubakir expressed his and his family’s appreciation for the President’s consolation and sympathies.
